Frequently Asked Questions

The retreat is Tuesday, September 26th from 9:45 am until 4:00 pm with an optional Happy Hour until 5:30 pm.

We can't tell you the exact location but it's somewhere in Orange County and we've never held a retreat there.

It's a reunion. We haven't seen some folks in a while so we want to look nice while still being comfortable enough to have fun. If you tend to get cold indoors, a sweater or jacket is recommended.

The day is designed to offer opportunities to relax, learn, get inspired and have fun. We want team members to feel comfortable and cared for so our activities are thoughtfully designed to be inclusive. (We promise, no trust falls or interrogations!)

There will be a balance of scheduled activities and free time to network or explore on your own.

Lunch will be served as well as light refreshments at break time and happy hour.

We're gauging early intentions to attend in this quick survey. We'd love it if you replied!

We'll be sending out an RSVP form closer to the event date to inquire about attendance and food restrictions.

This is a day for you to feel inspired, connect with new and old friends and have fun. We hope you'll join us! 

However, it is not a required event. We understand some may not want to travel or have commitments that make a day away from home difficult.

Parking is limited at the location. We are arranging transportation to/from AACN headquarters as well as Ayres Hotel Laguna Woods to the retreat. Or we encourage local team members to carpool from the office.
